I have been getting this message also. For several months. I assume
something changed with my ISP. I have to reload the page several times &
then it executes.
In case it helps my PHP version details are:
PHP 5.2.17 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.7 (cgi-fcgi) (built: May 29 2012 13:34:52)
