Hello, I have a couple of questions about phone numbers in an ad copy. I saw this announcement: http://googlemobileads.blogspot.ie/2011/08/improving-user-experience-and-reporting.html and am wondering if this is still valid as for some reason the phone numbers I put in my ad copy are not clickable on mobile devices.
Would the dashes between the digits be a reason for this ? Maybe the reason is that I place a phone number in the middle of the ad copy (not in the beginning and not at the end of the ad)? Another question is related to phone numbers in the ad headline. According to Google's policy it is not allowed to place a phone number in an ad headline, however I have seen a couple of ads that do have clickable phone numbers instead of their headlines. Maybe that is something different than an ad headline ?
