Thanks for the extra information. I can pass that along to our clients so at least they know we're not just incompetent. I find the AW API exasperating because of things like this. Every other API we code for is simple, straightforward and actually returns the results you would expect. You would think Google with all their PhD's would be able to do the same. But then, maybe that's the problem....
If I find a workaround I'll post it.
