Hi pete, ContentBudgetLostImpressionShare, SearchBudgetLostImpressionShare are not available for AdGroup Performance Report as Budgets can not be set ad AdGroup level. Those columns are only available for Account Performance Report, and Campaign Performance Report. Will correct the blog post.
