So does it mean that new PLACEMENT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT will not give data for zero impressions and for paused ads/adgroups?
My PLACEMENT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT stopped working after upgrading to v201302. I do not have any performance data and adgroup is also paused. Not able to find anything related to this in API migration guide. Please help.
