Hi Julian, 1) I believe this will be the end of the date range you request.
2) I don't believe its currently possible to detect changes to bid modifiers for campaign criterion. 3) I believe that the changedCriteria includes additions. The CustomerSyncService was introduced a long time ago and has not been kept completely up to date with changes in the API.
