Kevin, Thanks for the info. The world isn't perfect, and as an IT professional I can understand the context here.
Our goal is to be able to detect changes to campaigns (and it's children, and it's children's children, etc) since a certain datetime untill now. We're talking about additions, deletions and updates -- in other words any and all changes. If CustomerSyncService is not the best way to go about it, how would you advise we proceed?
