I'm trying to find out what are the capabilities to manage campaigns that 
run ads in mobile applications through the AdWords API.

Specifically, can I do any of the following:
1. Start a campaign that targets mobile applications
2. Target certain geos - what's available? Can I target a list of zipcodes, 
or a geopoint with a radius?
3. Optimize this campaign - set different bids to different applications or 
categories, or exclude certain placements (what levers are available for 
mobile?)
4. Reporting - Any caveats for mobile?

Would appreciate answers to those questions, or pointers to relevant 
documentation.
