Hi,

You can set any strings you want as userAgent it's mainly used for logging 
purpose. 
Can you please run any of the examples in the client library such as 
GetRefreshToken.php<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/examples/AdWords/Auth/GetRefreshToken.php>?
