When I run the following query against account 155-897-5065 (with all campaigns paused), I get no rows, even though the documentation for this report ( https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#account) says it does not suppress zero-impression rows:
SELECT ExternalCustomerId,Impressions FROM ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT DURING YESTERDAY Additionally, if I don't select Impressions, it doesn't return any rows even for accounts that do have impressions, which is not mentioned in the documentation.
