When I have duplicate campaigns is it possible to get directly the ID of
that campaign in the error message?

to get the campaign id could I query it again it to Google but it would be
great if this was returned directly in the error message.
Is it possible to enable somehow this kind of return error?
Otherwise what is the best way to get the conflicting id for that name?
