Hi,
You could simply issue a
CampaignService.get<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/CampaignService#get>with
a selector containing the following Predicates:
- "Name" EQUALS "xyz", where "xyz" is the name of the campaign that you
failed to ADD in the previous call
- "Status" IN "ACTIVE", "PAUSED"
There should be only one matching campaign if you use this criteria.
