Hi, When you submitted your token application AdWords sent a follow up email to the contact address you specified. That email contained a link to a follow up form. If you did not fill out and submit the follow up form then that would explain why your application did not proceed through the process.
If you did fill out the form, then please send your customer ID *only to me* by clicking "Reply to Author" and I'll follow up with you. If you did not fill out the form, please do so via this link<https://services.google.com/fb/forms/newtoken/>and you will hear back from the API Review Team within a few days.
