Hi, After setting the Adgroup ContentBidCriterionTypeGroup to the Targeting method I desire, when trying to update the Max CPC bid to the individual criterions I receive an "INVLID CRITERION ID" error for those items that are marked status="Automatic" in the adwords GUI *(the update worked fine for those that are "Managed")*
How can I make sure all items are "managed" before I start the update (do I update each one individually or update some setting on the adgroup level?).
