Please consider two points here: 1. Conversions are attributed to the time of the click, not the time you specify during upload. Did you successfully upload any conversion for clicks happened after Nov 8th? 2. Conversion upload requests are atomic. If at least one conversion failed due to the reasons you mentioned, no conversions will be accounted from the same request. You need to remove / fix faulty conversions and re-send the request. -Danial, AdWords API Team.
