Hi, The endpoint URL you mentioned (https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201406/CampaignService?wsdl) is accessible as far as I can tell, which suggests this is an issue on your side. Did anything change recently with your networking configuration, such as a new proxy server?
Also, are you able to reach the URL in a browser or via curl on the host where you are encountering this error?
