Hi, I believe that the BID_GOAL_PERFORMANCE_REPORT will only work with shared bidding strategies <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/bidding>. Do all of the campaigns with impressions for that date range use campaign-specific (non-shared) strategies?
