That may be the case for these particular campaigns. I'm trying to 
implement some items we are missing from the RMF document and this all I 
could see from the account I am using to test.

I would think, though, that this report would be useful apart from the 
shared strategies -- to be able to compare how my Manual CPC campaigns were 
against my Conversion Optimizer campaigns, etc.
