Hi, In both API reports and the AdWords user interface, device segmentation is limited to the *Device* enums DESKTOP, HIGH_END_MOBILE, and TABLET. The OPERATING_SYSTEM_VERSION *CriteriaType* is for the case where you have specifically added OperatingSystemVersion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/CampaignCriterionService.OperatingSystemVersion> criteria to your campaign.
