Hi Evan, As of the latest release of the AdWords API v201609 <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/>, you can now retrieve adjustments via the totalAdjustments <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#totaladjustments> field in the BudgetOrderService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/BudgetOrderService>. You can add the adjustments to your budget to get an accurate limit for your budget.
