Hi Justin,

You could include in the selector fields of the FeedItemService.get the 
FeedItemAttributeValue 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService.FeedItemAttributeValue>
 field 
and iterate through its results to get the feedAttributeId 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService.FeedItemAttributeValue#feedAttributeId>
 and 
the stringValue 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService.FeedItemAttributeValue#stringvalue>
 fields. 
Your SOAP request and response should look something like the one below :
