Hi Justin, You could use the FeedItemService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService#get> to return all the FeedItemIds <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService.FeedItem#feeditemid> and corresponding FeedIds <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService.FeedItem#feedid> you require. Considering the large number of rows that you mentioned, you may need to implement Paging <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService.Paging> to approximately 10,000 rows per call to avoid any range limit errors.
