Hello Greg, To help us investigate further, could you please provide us the SOAP logs for both request and response of one of your failed BatchJobService if you were able to capture them. Please reply using *Reply privately to author *when sending the requested information. Additionally, you may also inspect the downloadUrl and the list of processingErrors in the BatchJob to get possible reasons for the failure.
