That helps a lot, thanks! However, after trying it with code such as:
$ad = new ExpandedTextAd();
$ad->headlinePart1 = "{=$feedName.headlinePart1:defaultText}";
What we see in ad previews is something like *"{=myFeedName.myHeadline1}"* with
no indication that default text has been applied, such as "
*{=myFeedName.myHeadline1:myDefaultText}"*. How can we confirm that the ad
is using default values?
