Hi Venkat, You can use the CriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/click-performance-report#criteriaid> and CriteriaParameters <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/click-performance-report#criteriaparameters> fields in Click Performance Report to get the details of the Criterion associated with the click. For placement-targeted campaigns, this will provide the matching placement targeting criteria for the site where your ad was clicked. This information is also available if the following fields:
