You could consider using the {placement} and {target} ValueTrack parameters
<https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6305348> in your FinalUrl,
tracking template or custom parameters as shown here
<https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6305529>. I'm afraid the Gclid
and the placement fields are not available in the same report. You could
track the placements using the above parameters. This guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/valuetrack-mapping>
describes how ValueTrack parameter map to different report fields. You
could then choose the report type suited for your needs.
