Hi Caihua, Yes, please send to me privately (via *Reply privately to author*) the client's clientCustomerId, the AdWords API version they are using, the complete report definition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition>, and any other available error logs for further investigation.
