Hi Dorian, Are you talking about the placement exclusion options listed here <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2454012?hl=en>? As you observed, its not possible to exclude placements for Universal App Campaigns at the moment. This is true for the AdWords UI as well. You can keep an eye on our blog <https://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates or announcements on any new features.
