Hi Shwetha, thanks for your reply. It is indeed possible in the Adwords UI, using the "Account placement exclusions" feature (see attached screenshot).
As mentioned, it's of *utmost* importance to us that we can manage agency-wide placement exclusion lists efficiently. *Our clients are very averse to seeing their brand on controversial websites.* If there's any way to expedite the addition of this feature in the API, please do let me know.
