Добрый день! У наших разработчиков есть Тестовый аккаунт, в котором они хотят отладить выставление бюджетов по API. Следовательно на почту этого аккаунта не заведена кредитная линия.
Подскажите, есть ли возможность как-то это настроить в тестовом режиме?
