Moving forward, implementing the steps mentioned in the guide requires the use of the BudgetOrderService.mutate() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/BudgetOrderService#mutate> method. However, the said service and that specific method is available on a whitelist basis only and thus, using the said service to your test accounts is currently not supported.
