Hi Tiana, Via the API, View-through conversions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report#viewthroughconversions> are used for display or video ad campaigns only in sync with the web interface as per this <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6270625> guide under section 'About view-through conversions'. Could you send across a screenshot of the view-through conversion for a search campaign that you see on the UI or send across the client customer id and Campaign id, so that I will be able to check further?
