We used to get the country targeted by an offer from the *CountryCriteriaId* in the *Shopping Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/shopping-performance-report#countrycriteriaid>* report by looking for this criteriaId in the list of countries available in the Geotargets CSV file <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting> looking only for the *Country* *Target Type.* Now for some offer we get a *CountryCriteriaId *with value *2344* which represents *Hong Kong* which is declared in the CSV file above as a *Region*. Shouldn't we get *China* for this offer as the targeted country? If this is an expected behaviour, what other *Target Types* should we expect when looking for *CountryCriteriaId*?
