Hi Pedro, To assign label to a campaign, you will need to use CampaignService.mutateLabels <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CampaignService#mutateLabels> with CampaignLabel <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CampaignService.CampaignLabel> which will need the labelId and the campaignId. So, you will need to pass the campaignId to create the label. If you still have issues, could you please *reply privately to author* with logs so that I can troubleshoot further?
