Hi Sam, Upon investigation, the CAMPAIGNS_PER_ACCOUNT reason is not under the ACCOUNT_LIMIT errors. With this said, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs that was generated during the error encounter along with your clientCustomerId? To answer your second question, the limits provided is for individual client accounts.
