I have taken the following steps: 1) Create production MCC account 2) Create *test* manager MCC account (https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview) 3) Within the *test* MCC account I have created 2 subaccounts. 4) When I click one either of those sub accounts, a red banner appears saying 'Your account isn't active - To activate your account and start running your ads, enter your billing information.' 5) On the right of the banner there is a link saying: 'Fix it' 6) Clicking this link brings me to an almost empty page with the text saying that I can't add billing info since my account has been cancelled
This look like a chicken/egg problem How can I fix this?
