Hi Henry, You can start by linking your preferred sub manager account to your root manager account (you can refer to this link <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#extending_invitations> as to how). After having a root manager and sub manager account in your hierarchy, you can then link your newly created client account to your sub manager account. Kindly refer to the figure shown in here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#oauth2_credentials> for guide in Google Ads account hierarchy.
