Hi Luis, How do I create a link via AdWords API to link an account created by my root manager account to a sub manager account? I tried the extending invitation sample but it does not seem to work because it says the MANAGER_ID can be any manager within the hierarchy but the CLIENT_CID is not managed by an account in the hierarchy. The AdWords API key that I use is from the root manager account, so when I make the call I get ALREADY_MANAGED_IN_HIERARCHY error; how do I make this work?
