Could you confirm if my understanding is correct that you wish to use your
audiences to be targeted by Gmail and Youtube? If yes, then you should be
able to, as stated in this guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#customer_match_with_email_address_address_or_user_id>.
So I can further investigate, could you provide the complete SOAP request
and response which contains information that you are unable to target the
said userlists?
