Hi Bhaskar, You should be able to set the parallelTrackingEnabled <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerService.Customer#paralleltrackingenabled> field using your production account. Also, as stated on our guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/click-tracking>, starting October 30, 2018, parallel tracking will be required for all Google Ads accounts. This being said, all Google accounts whether these accounts are existing or newly created, parallel tracking will be automatically enabled/ required.
