Hi Eryk, You could download the Call Metrics Call Details Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/call-metrics-call-details-report> to get data for call tracking of call-only ads or call extensions. You may use the CallTrackingDisplayLocation <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/call-metrics-call-details-report#calltrackingdisplaylocation> field to determine if the phone number was shown in the ad or in the landing page, however this is only available in reports and is not available in real-time.
Additionally, there is no field in this report type that returns the keywords that triggered the ad, only campaign and adGroup data is available on this report type.
