You could use the CustomAffinityService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomAffinityService#mutate>
to
manage custom affinity audience and it is not a whitelisted service. If
your question is different, could you please elaborate what you mean by
Custom audiences? Also, AdWords API supports the User Lists mentioned in
this
guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#audience_types_in_a_userlist>.
You could use reply privately to the author option while sharing the
information requested.
