When I click on the link from the error, it redirects to the GoogleAds website. My test account for making AdWords and GoogleAds queries doesn't have an associated GoogleAds account, so it looks like I'd have to set one up. However, if possible, I'd like to keep them separate. Is there a way I can sign the TOS for making V1 queries without having a GoogleAds account? Ideally, this would also help me avoid the test account issue that Ramanajee is seeing regarding accepting the TOS with a test account.
