Hi Caihua,
That just means that if you are using the AdWords API only, you don't need
to re-accept the new Terms and Conditions. Whereas if you are going to use
the production ready Google Ads API, then you are required to re-accept the
new Terms and Conditions.

Hi Luis
Thanks for sharing. We are using our token to call AdWords APIs and
everything is fine. According to the link you posted, it seems no action
need to be taken if we are existing users, Can you clarify? Maybe the blog
post
<https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/2019/03/google-ads-api-policy-notes.html>
is not accurate?
Existing AdWords API users will *not* be required to re-accept the new
Terms and Conditions to access the legacy API

Hi Kevin,
You should accept the updated terms and conditions based on this blog post
<https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/2019/03/google-ads-api-policy-notes.html>
using
your Google Ads *manager account* where you acquired your developer token
and not your test account. This said, you must login to your Google Ads
manager account instead. Once done, you should be able to make an API call
successfully.
Thanks and regards,
Luis

Hi,
I saw there was a similar post about this issue: https://groups.google.com/
forum/#!searchin/adwords-api/V1%7Csort:date/adwords-api/
UiLPYWJvZaU/pMn5j0SbBAAJ
but I wanted to get some clarification on how this works and what action I
should take.
When I click on the link from the error, it redirects to the GoogleAds
website.
My test account for making AdWords and GoogleAds queries doesn't have an
associated GoogleAds account, so it looks like I'd have to set one up.
However, if possible, I'd like to keep them separate. Is there a way I can
sign the TOS for making V1 queries without having a GoogleAds account?
Ideally, this would also help me avoid the test account issue that
Ramanajee is seeing regarding accepting the TOS with a test account.
Best,
Kevin
