Could you confirm if what you meant for "*get the google search results of
multiple keywords*" is similar to the *Keyword Planner* which gives you
keyword ideas that relevant to your product, service, and target customers?
If yes, You can achieve similar goals in the AdWords API with the
TargetingIdeaService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TargetingIdeaService>,
that allows you to retrieve targeting ideas from your own tool/platform to
help automate account optimization. You may refer to Generating Targeting
Ideas
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/targeting-idea-service>
to
read more about the *TargetingIdeaService*.
Also, provided in this link

the
sample code for every client library supported by AdWords API as 'Custom
Search JSON API' is not supported in AdWords API.
