The sample response for the TargetingIdeaService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/TargetingIdeaService>
looks
like the one seen in section
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/targeting-idea-service#process_the_response>.
However, I'm afraid the result that you illustrated is not supported in the
AdWords API.
