Hello,
You will be able to use the Label
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/label> resource
to pull the labels available in the account. The 100,000 limit is specific
to the maximum number of labels that can be assigned to the entities like
campaigns, ad groups etc.
