With regard to your concern, you may try to utilize the Ad Performance Report and include the Conversions field and Ctr field in the report. The said fields are filterable so you can make conditions if you want to fetched specific ads from your account. After your retrieve the specific ads, you can supply these entities to the AdGroupAdService.mutate method to change the status of these ads.
