Hi, Thank you for reaching support. If you use call reporting with your ad, a Google forwarding number will be assigned to your ad. You'll see the Google forwarding number only in your Smart campaign when it appears on either the desktop or mobile versions of Google search. This forwarding number won't be visible in your account.If your business uses caller ID, the phone number of the caller will continue to be displayed as usual even if the call is routed through your forwarding phone number. Additionally, to fetch details of calls made to the Google forwarding number, you can use the Call Metrics Call Details Report. Let us know if this helps.
