Hi, Thank you for reaching out. With regards to your concern, you could use ConversionTrackerService to retrieve the list of the conversion trackers in the Google Ads account. The list of selector fields available for ConversionTrackerService is provided here. It is not possible to get all the columns listed in screenshot via ConversionTrackerService, you could use the Campaign Performance Report to get the remaining fields that are not available via ConversionTrackerService.
